My Philosophy
At the core of my work is a respect for the inner life and the human spirit. I recognise that meaningful change requires a willingness to look inward, to become aware, and to live in alignment with what is true.
I am deeply committed to helping women find their voice, stand in their truth, and live authentically. I also recognise that it takes courage to live a fulfilled life.

Who is Salf for?
Salf = Balm — a fragrant ointment or salve that soothes, nourishes, and heals.
This work is for women who:
➢ feel stuck in patterns they don’t know how to break
➢ find themselves repeating the same relationship dynamics
➢ are navigating or recovering from divorce or relationship breakdown
➢ feel disconnected from themselves or unsure who they are anymore
➢ carry unresolved emotional pain from past experiences
➢ overthink, second-guess themselves, or feel mentally stuck
➢ feel unable to move forward, despite wanting change
➢ want to understand themselves more deeply, not just manage symptoms
➢ feel called to live more authentically
This work is not for those seeking the easy way out or surface-level solutions. It requires full commitment, trust in the process and active participation to create real, sustainable change.

“Tania’s work is defined by clarity, courage and a refusal to look away.
She supports women to find their voice, stand in their truth, and live in alignment with who they really are.”
How are limiting patterns created?
All people hold emotions that they struggle to deal with. We avoid these uncomfortable feelings by pushing them down, focusing on other important things, wearing a mask and hiding our pain until we reach breaking point. Over time, those emotions start to seep into our thoughts, behaviours and relationships. This eventually creates lifelong patterns that seem permanent and feel impossible to break.
SALF is a space where these patterns are recognised, understood and either released or reshaped through a process of healing and unlearning. The therapy addresses and resolves root causes and shifts underlying beliefs and emotional patterns, which allows for real, integrated change and a more fulfilled and authentic life.

The Work
A considered and proven journey of 20 sessions, lasting approximately two hours each. This structured process works through the mind and emotional body in a clear sequence. It focuses on healing your relationship with the past and reshaping how you see and move towards your future.
We begin by uncovering how you currently think, feel and operate by identifying your patterns, values and internal drivers. During this phase we also focus on the untangling of learnt behaviours that do not serve you anymore. The work then moves deeper by resolving inner conflict. It progresses to shift stored emotional wounds, trauma and negative or limiting beliefs that have shaped your behaviour and self-image. From this foundation, new patterns are installed, shifting how you think, respond and show up in your life.
This work is for women who don’t want to do the complete Life Renewal Journey, but rather focus on specific wounds, emotions or challenges. Each session is personalised, deep and often creates immediate shifts. Lasting change, however, is strengthened when the broader patterns of thinking and internal experience are also addressed and repatterned. This is why the full Life Renewal Journey is recommended for more sustainable results.
Four-day retreats are offered in beautiful, peaceful countryside settings with a small group of women. Tania partners with a qualified retreat facilitator to structure the retreat experience. This allows participants to realign with their life vision and rebuild emotional resources. Content focuses on supporting women to realise where they are in their lives, clarify what is no longer working, and what they want moving forward. Retreat locations are carefully selected to be both beautiful and accessible, with each attendee accommodated in her own room (unless otherwise indicated).
Although cohesive and restorative, these retreats do not offer individual healing sessions. We can also craft tailored retreats on request.
Methodology
While certain experiences or feelings may be revisited, the focus is not on talking through them repeatedly, but on consciously working with the underlying patterns that sustain them. The work is based on a combination of the below guided mental processes and exercises that rewire how the brain responds and how the body stores and process emotional information and trauma.
1. Cognitive and neurolinguistic work
This involves understanding and shifting how you think and interpret your experiences. Guided exercises are used to rewire how the brain associates with certain behaviours and thought patterns.
2. Emotional and trauma release
Working with what is held in the body and the nervous system, using focused visualisation processes to identify and shift root causes or primary experiences linked to specific emotions. These sessions are often cathartic and may bring immediate relief.
3. Inner awareness and deeper integration
Each person has an inherent capacity to shift and integrate change at a deeper inner level when the outer work is done with consistency and commitment. This process unfolds naturally as part of the programme.

FAQ
This work is more structured and process-driven. Rather than focusing primarily on discussion and insight, it works directly with patterns in thinking, emotional responses and stored experiences to create change that is both felt and sustained.
Certain experiences may be acknowledged, but the work does not rely on repeatedly talking through or reliving experiences. Instead, we focus on how those experiences are held and how they continue to influence your thinking, behaviour and emotional responses.
No, this work does not involve hypnosis. You remain fully aware and in control throughout the process, engaging consciously with guided exercises and techniques that change how you relate to experiences or circumstances.
Sessions are guided and process-based rather than traditional talk therapy. While we may briefly touch on experiences, the focus is on working directly with underlying patterns through structured mental and emotional processes that support sustained change.

Depending on what was covered in the session, you may experience immediate shifts or relief after a session. However, lasting change is strengthened when the deeper patterns are addressed over time.
